Eligibility:

Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Science or Engineering from any recognised University with one of these subjects:

Agriculture, Engineering (Agriculture/Chemical/Civil/Computer/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical), Computer Applications/Computer Science, Environmental Sciences, Forestry, Veterinary Sciences, Geology, Horticulture, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology, Botany, Chemistry

Age:

Candidate's age must be between 18 years and 27 years as . There is relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit for SC/ST candidates.

Candidates must be bonafide residents of Meghalaya.

Physical Statndards:

Height (cm): For Male Candidate-163, For Female Candidate-150

Chest girth (cm): For Male Candidate (Normal-84, Expansion- 05), For Female Candidate(Normal-79, Expansion- 05)

Exam Pattern:

Compulsory Subjects: General Knowledge and English (essay and précis writing etc) with 100 marks each.

Optional Subjects: Agriculture, Computer Applications/Computer Science, Engineering (Agriculture/Chemical/Civil/Computer/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical), Forestry, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Physics, Statistics, Environmental Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Zoology, Horticulture, Mathematics with 200 marks each.

Application form available at the office of Mizoram Public Service Commission, New Secretariat Complex, Khatla, Aizawl and Offices of the Deputy Commissioner, on payment of Rs. 100 for General candidates and Rs. 50 for SC/ST candidates.

Fee can be paid at the reception counter of Mizoram Public Service Commission or can be paid in the form of uncrossed IPO drawn in favour of the Secretary, Mizoram Public Service Commission or by depositing into Treasury/MPSC Challan.
