The Government of Madhya Pradesh will conduct Madhya Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (MP TET) 2016 also known as Madhya Pradesh TET , as per the formalities laid down by the central regulating authorities. Madhya Pradesh TET is for the candidates aspiring to become teachers in primary (class I -V) and upper primary (VI-VIII) schools in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
MP TET 2016 notification will be released by the Department of School Education, Madhya Pradesh OR concerned examination board as directed by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. TET is a compulsory examination for all the B.Ed. qualified candidates to be considered for teacher jobs in schools run by the government and private managements. Eligibility and Qualifications for Madhya Pradesh TET :

A candidate must possess senior secondary with 45% minimum with appearing in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.ED.) or passed/appearing 4 year of Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.E.Ed.) or passed/appearing 2year diploma in Education in Special Education.
For Upper Primary
Candidates have these qualification are said to eligible to appear in examination. A candidate must own these, BA/BSC with least of 45% marks or passed/appearing in B.ED. or senior secondary with at least 50% marks with passed/appearing in final year 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or 4 year of BA/ BSC.ED /B.A.(ED.)/B.SC. (ED.)/B.ED. (Special Education) with 50% minimum.
