That moment is not far when you can celebrate for the hard work you have put in throughout the year, as tomorrow is the day when results of the Andhra Pradesh Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examinations will be up on the official website, at any time of the day.
Nearly 12,76,468 students who appeared and gave the exams will be getting there results tomorrow as disclosed by the Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education.
Students can check their results on the Jagranjosh.com, using their roll number.
The SSC or the class 10th board examinations started in the month of March and ended in April, as the nut is going to break tomorrow the AP Board is hoping for a maximum passing percentage of the students.
Surprisingly, there was a major breakthrough seen in the number of candidates who appeared in English medium for class 10th exams. As much as 4,96,480 students out of 10,68,410 choose to write exams in English medium mode and not Tamil. This reason of the shift from regional language to English may be due to parents wishing their child to compete nationally in higher education. Keeping this in mind, increasing number of government schools are now teaching in English medium starting from class 6. As per the rules students must attain at least 40% marks in each subject to get promoted to the junior college.
Students are requested to be ready with their roll numbers as the results will be out tomorrow anytime. Andhra Pradesh Board also organise supplementary papers for the students fails in one or more subjects. The supplementary paper will most likely to be organised in the month of June and student can prove their capability in this second chance

The Times of India reported, "This is the second time that the directorate had to postpone the results to suit the minister's schedule". Though the initial plan was to release the results at 11 am on Wednesday the officials had to postpone it to 4.30 pm the same day as the minister was to attend a party meeting.
"The decision was taken at a very short notice. This sudden postponement has heightened tension among students who are apprehensive as to how the CBSE model grading system, which was recently introduced in SSC, would affect them.
"As per the new grading system, instead of marks, just grading (on a scale of 10) will be given in SSC certificates of the students. The directorate officials, however, said that it was the minister's busy schedule that forced them to postpone the results."
We had slated the function at 4.30 pm and this seemed not convenient time for students to access the internet for the results. Hence, we decided to defer the timing and postpone it by a day," said B Manmadha Reddy, director, government examinations.

The AP SSC Exam Results are expected to be released on 23rd May 2016. Previously results were available on the websites without marks but this year the results are expected to be released with marks.
Before the results are released on the websites students can check there results by SMS or through BSNL phones.
If the marks are not available on the internet. Students can get there results with marks from AP Online or from E Seva Centers.
